My fireplace was in rough shape with third degree creosote buildup and some cracked flu tiles.  System got PCR treatment, heat shield added, liner repaired, new damper, masonry extended for better draft, and all very reasonably priced.  He's flexible, hard working, communicated throughout and is easy going. Excited to use the fireplace again come fall and will have Kane's back to keep it in good order. Recommended!

Our Harman Accentra 52i was experiencing all kinds of error status codes, auto-shutting down and the blower sounded like an old generator. We had a previous company service it yearly and simply put they sucked. John came in, cleaned up there mess and neglect, and fixed our wood pellet stove to perfection. Literally operating like new. Ontop of that he took his time with attention to detail and cleaned the machine as a courtesy. John is now our go-to for our wood pellet stove and should be yours as well! Thanks again John!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I could not recommend a better chimney company. Jon cleaned and inspected our chimney midsummer 2025 and he identified several issues with our chimney. Some of which were safety issues.

Come to the end of/start of the year, Jon did our PCR, relining, new damper system, flute tiles and cap. After each visit he emailed me a detailed report with pictures of work completed before and after as well as what to expect next visit.

His communication was flawless. He would call or text days before to remind you that he would be working on the chimney and the evening before he would give you an arrival time. Also being he worked on our chimney from December to January. He reached out days ahead to confirm if he would make it to our house to work our not (weather permitting). It snowed on the day he was intended to start but he called me and arranged new dates and alternate dates in case it snowed again or it was well below freezing.
